Role Summary

As a growing comprehensive financial services firm, Sage Rutty & Company, Inc. is expanding its team and seeking a full-time Financial Services Associate to support that growth. The role involves operational and sales support for an established advisor practice, along with client service, operational duties, and ensuring adherence to compliance and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and sales support for an established advisor practice.
• Assist with client service and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Experience and license is appreciated but not necessary.
• Must be mature and experienced, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, and solid organizational and prioritization abilities.

Licensing and Credentials

• Series 7 and Series 66 or the ability to obtain them within 18 months of hire is encouraged.
