Financial Services Advisor

Location: Pleasant Hill, California 94523. This onsite position offers a base salary of $150,000 to $165,000 plus benefits.

Overview

Partnering with a respected, client-focused wealth management firm in Pleasant Hill, we seek an experienced Financial Services Advisor to manage and expand high-net-worth client relationships. This is a long-term role for a strong relationship builder who operates in a fiduciary, client-first environment and will play a key part in the firm’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary advisor for established client relationships
• Lead financial planning discussions and review investment strategies
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans
• Identify opportunities to consolidate assets and grow assets under management (AUM)
• Maintain detailed documentation and uphold compliance standards
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition

What You Bring

• 10+ years of direct, client-facing advisory experience
• Series 65 required; CFP preferred
• Strong background in investments and high-net-worth planning
• Proven ability to establish trust and convert prospective clients
• High integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 to $165,000 (may exceed this range based on experience)
