Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Services Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. The role offers an hourly pay range of $25 to $26, with meaningful opportunities for growth and earnings. Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.
• Own an assigned portfolio of past due accounts.
• Maintain low portfolio aging by speaking with customers to understand why payments are overdue.
• Meet and uphold department goals while multitasking in a fast paced setting.
• Collaborate with a team of call center professionals to minimize aging and bad debt.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
