Overview

Based in Columbia, Missouri, this is a full-time, in-person Financial Advisor role that includes training and a clear pathway to a six-figure career. The Career Development Program focuses on professional growth to help individuals, families, and business owners secure their financial futures. You will gain expertise in financial planning, investments, insurance, and wealth management while building your own client base. The position combines entrepreneurial autonomy with the support of a Fortune 100 company.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify client goals
• Develop customized financial plans including retirement planning, investment strategies, life insurance protection, wealth management, estate planning strategies, and business planning solutions
• Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies
• Grow your practice through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Maintain ongoing relationships and provide long-term financial guidance

Training and licensing support

No prior financial industry experience is required. We provide:

Compensation and benefits

Income is driven by performance. First-year advisors commonly earn $80,000 – $120,000+ and long-term advisors typically reach six figures or more. The listed pay range is $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
