On average, our financial professionals earn about $60,000 in their first year, with room for substantially more. The initial years involve learning the business, but the payoff is defining your own version of success.

Background and qualifications

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences. A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from a four year college or university is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, grit, motivation, and a self starter attitude are assets.
