Program Overview

New York Life invites motivated professionals to join the Fast Track to Management program, designed to accelerate high-performing financial professionals into leadership roles. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through financial planning, insurance, retirement, and investment strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop customized solutions aligned with client goals.
• Grow a client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and market trends.
• Mentor and guide junior financial professionals as they enter the management track.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics required for management track consideration.
• Participate in professional development and leadership training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in sales, finance, management, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Prior leadership experience or clear leadership potential.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
• Series 6/7 and 63/66 FINRA registrations (or willingness to obtain).
