Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Financial Planning & Systems Analyst to play a strategic role at the crossroads of finance, technology, and product strategy. In this position, you will steer financial planning and analysis across three key areas: migrating LQTC’s on-premise systems to a cloud infrastructure, shaping the pricing approach for a new SaaS offering, and managing the operating budgets for our technology teams. You’ll partner closely with IT, Operations, and Growth to ensure financially sound decisions and maximize value. The role requires forecasting and managing cloud costs with FinOps principles and developing data-driven pricing models to enhance market competitiveness and profitability. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with strong systems acumen who can drive cost optimization, strategic pricing, and robust financial planning to support LQTC’s growth and innovation goals.
Primary responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly and quarterly financial results for the LQTC business area.
- Direct various reporting activities, including flash, scorecard, flux, MOR, MFR, QFSR, QBR, and IR reporting packages.
- Help drive internal timelines for the LQTC lines of business, communicating requirements, templates, and guidance related to the Quarterly Forecast, Continuous Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP).
- Own cash flow, balance sheet, and CapEx forecasting for the business area.
- Establish a new rates management process to support LQTC’s dynamic business structure, understanding expense pools and base behaviors, and proposing rate adjustments as needed.
- Represent the LQTC Business Area in meetings with Sector and Corporate to address routine and ad-hoc reporting requests.

Required qualifications
- Hands-on budgeting and forecasting experience (AOP, quarterly, continuous) with the ability to communicate requirements and deliverables to business partners.
- Strong analytical capabilities with aptitude for data analysis and data transformation/normalization.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combined education/experience.
- Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Leidos’ FP&A process, deliverables, and cadence.
- Experience forecasting cash and balance sheet accounts.
- Proven track record in consolidating and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial results, and delivering accurate financial reports and leadership insight packages.
- Background in healthcare technology finance or government contracting finance is a plus; knowledge of U.S. federal contracting regulations, VA programs, or medical services operations is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives or projects, collaborating with IT, procurement, and product development in a finance business partner capacity.
- History of driving process improvements and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
- Experience with Acumatica, Tableau, Power BI, or other Power Platform applications is a plus.
