The Financial Professional Associate position with Prudential Advisors is multi-dimensional. The entrepreneurial individual selected for this opportunity will operate within a team of Financial Professionals dedicated to helping clients reach their financial goals. The role includes participation in a comprehensive development program that supports numerous future career paths, such as becoming a solution specialist, a fee-based financial planner, or advancing into a leadership role leading a team of advisors.

Overall Responsibilities

Consult with clients to build needs-based solutions that align with their financial objectives by integrating investment, protection, and retirement planning strategies.

Develop a loyal client base through strategic networking, targeted marketing, and outstanding customer service.

Support existing Prudential clients through our lead generation programs.

Collaborate within a team environment to assemble the best possible solutions for clients.

Essential Career Functions

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to continually engage current clients and identify potential new clients
  • Analyze information gathered during client meetings and formulate proposed solutions
  • Establish financial plans for clients as a licensed financial planner
  • Reach out to existing clients to keep portfolios current and aligned with individual needs and goals
  • Deliver educational presentations or seminars to individuals or groups on topics related to investments, retirement, or protection options
  • Ensure all work complies with industry regulatory standards and Prudential Advisors guidelines

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Prudential Advisors, part of the Prudential Financial family, seeks individuals committed to making a meaningful impact in clients’ lives. Our comprehensive training and development program means prior experience in the financial services industry is not required, though prior exposure is advantageous.
