Financial Planner

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals
• Be coachable, organized, and engaged as a team member pursuing training development and educational opportunities
• Develop tailored financial plans by considering clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and evolving financial needs
• Proactively seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor
• Assess cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets, and all other wealth-management considerations to help clients define and achieve their objectives

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs
• Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 documents are a bonus
• Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well as an interest in the financial industry and financial products
• Superior communication, relationship-building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or another related field
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or alternate related analytical field is preferable, but not required
