As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP) in Dana Point, you’ll operate at the center of client engagement, partnering with Senior Financial Consultants and their practice clients. With your growing expertise, you’ll deepen relationships, identify business development opportunities, and learn from mentors as you contribute to the growth and management of a high-net-worth wealth management practice. If you’re a licensed financial professional with a passion for wealth management and a desire to grow under an experienced advisor, this could be your role.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through the Branch Network Licensing Program).
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively when handling multiple duties.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for new relationship development.
  • Openness to build, refresh, and deliver financial plans for practice clients in partnership with Senior Financial Consultant(s).
  • Capability to identify client needs and manage expectations accordingly.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cross-enterprise working relationships.
  • Notary capability.
  • Willingness to manage local events as needed.
  • Experience updating and compiling client information through Schwab’s internal CRM tool.
