Financial Consultant-Entry Level

What you will do

• Provide benefit event guidance and education to former participants, those in the Personal Retirement Account, or individuals nearing a benefit event. This includes asset retention and presenting additional product options to clients.
• Educate and assist current and prospective clients who want to address their individual investment and risk-based needs. This may involve facilitating requested transactions or introducing clients to the appropriate team when needed.
• Assist in uncovering current or potential retail customer needs.
• Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements

• Active Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 licenses
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2+ years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with customers over the phone
• Proficiency with desktop computer technology and digital communication platforms
• Detailed knowledge of retail investment products and employer sponsored retirement plans

Compensation, benefits, and work arrangements

• Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
