Financial and Investment Services Supervisor

AIPSO serves as a management organization and service provider for multiple insurance industry groups that administer the residual market. We operate as a national body while prioritizing local client needs. Centralization and standardization drive many services for efficiency, yet we maintain a customer-focused approach that accommodates groups with diverse interests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Advanced degree or CPA is preferred; additional appropriate experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

• Six or more years of accounting, financial and operational experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Insurance industry experience and familiarity with AIPSO’s Residual Market mechanisms and related processes preferred.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $89,600 - $143,200 annual. Final compensation will reflect factors such as the scope and complexity of the role, location, market labor costs, the candidate’s skills, education, credentials and experience, internal equity, and other employment conditions.
