Job Summary and Responsibilities

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will bring purpose and specialized capabilities to a collaborative environment that values growth, support, and leadership development. Your role centers on fostering decisive decision-making, accurate forecasting, and robust financial planning through dashboard reporting, analysis, budgeting, and decision support. You will partner with hospital leadership to identify opportunities to boost operational efficiency and work with the management team to propose and implement strategies that enhance financial performance. You will maintain a strong grasp of practice operations and the unique nuances of each specialty within your assigned region, build constructive relationships with practice Administrators, and serve as the primary contact for performance reporting and finance initiatives.

• Enable informed decision making, forecasting accuracy, and sound budgeting and planning through dashboards and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify efficiency opportunities and help implement corrective actions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of practice operations and the differences across specialties within assigned regions.
• Foster supportive relationships with practice Administrators and act as the go-to person for performance reporting and finance initiatives.

Job Requirements

In addition to upholding our values of humanness in the workplace, qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:

• 3 years of healthcare industry experience in a finance-related role, or 5 years of finance experience in a non-healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Lawson, Epsi, Access, and business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is also acceptable.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Please note: This role requires partial in-person work at Centennial, Colorado 80112. It is not a fully remote position. Candidates must live and work in Colorado for this role.

Pay Range

$35.59 - $53.73 /hour
