Financial Analyst Senior - Finance

Summary

Conducts research and analysis related to budgeting, financial trends, performance metrics, and forecast data.

Responsibilities

• Designs data collection surveys, selects research techniques, interprets data, and defines the analytical methods used for analysis.
• Applies statistical and financial principles to prepare reports and provide recommendations on financial trends, business forecasts, and clinic performance; identifies remedial actions as needed.
• Acts as project lead, directing tasks, coordinating efforts, and reporting progress upon completion.
• Interviews individuals, conducts investigations, researches topics, gathers data, and documents findings.
• Evaluates processes, budgets, programs, and practices to maximize operational efficiency.
• Prepares documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicates findings to internal and external stakeholders through presentations supported by charts and graphs.
• Prepares and reports on provider performance measures and benchmarking, including compensation reviews and analyses.
• Assists in reviewing and analyzing annual budget submissions.
• Attends required meetings and serves on committees as requested.
• Engages in in-service meetings and educational programs to enhance professional growth.
• Follows CHRISTUS Physician Group HIPAA guidelines to prevent or detect unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) and maintains strict confidentiality.
• Uses clear oral and written communication that aligns with the CHRISTUS Mission.
• Maintains adherence to CHRISTUS Physician Group policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental practices, and infection control.
• Executes responsibilities in a manner consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission and Code of Ethics, supporting the group’s cultural diversity objectives.
• Supports and adheres to the CPG Service Guarantee.
• Performs other related duties as required.
