Financial Analyst I - Finance

Position Overview

The role supports regional financial management by utilizing CHRISTUS standard systems to generate routine and ad hoc reports that inform management decisions across the region.

Responsibilities

• Produce routine daily, weekly, bi weekly, and monthly reports to provide managers with insights into service line utilization, costs, profitability, and volume-related business statistics.
• Assist with budget preparation and analysis, regional initiatives, and the production of financial statements and monthly reports, along with other activities tied to financial reporting and analysis.
• Support the development and deployment of budgetary and financial/operational information systems within CHRISTUS.
• Link data from reporting systems to the CHRISTUS Health Information System for Financial and Clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
