Financial Analyst 3

Overview

Vaco by Highspring invites applications for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a client team based in Heathrow, Florida 32746. The role is onsite and reports to the Finance Manager, supporting internal planning and reporting activities that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the annual budget and regular forecasts
• Prepare internal financial reporting and create detailed budget schedules covering operating expenses, capital expenditures, sales, margins, profitability, and headcount
• Maintain a strong focus on P and L for all revenue and operating costs
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to analyze variances and allocations
• Report key performance indicators (KPI), dashboard metrics, and contribute to ad hoc projects
• Assist with budget, cost, and variance analysis
• Experience in a larger matrix organization with multi-state and multi-site operations is desired

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of related experience; MBA or CPA a plus
• Strong systems capability; advanced Excel with VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, SUMIFS, and more
• Power BI and/or Power Query experience to identify process improvements and efficiencies is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $95,000 to $120,000. The role is onsite in Heathrow, FL 32746. Eligible for discretionary bonuses, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as the company 401(k) retirement plan.
