What you'll do
- Identify and set appointments with prospective clients
- Meet with clients to evaluate their financial needs
- Develop customized financial plans aligned with clients' goals
- Maintain strong relationships and monitor client progress over time
- Provide ongoing consultation and support to clients
Training and growth opportunities
- One-on-one coaching from experienced leaders in the local financial planning community
- A comprehensive training program covering financial planning, portfolio analysis and management, marketing techniques, consultative selling, client service, and regulatory compliance
- Uncapped earning potential with first-year earnings often reaching $100,000 or more, with compensation largely tied to results
- Clear career progression paths within the company, including leadership opportunities such as District Manager, Field Vice President, and other roles
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field
- Must obtain the appropriate series licenses and qualify to become a Financial Advisor before starting in office
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident
- Willing to work in the office
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is provided after licenses and qualifications to be a Financial Advisor are met. The average first-year earnings for a Financial Advisor exceed $70,000, with top earners surpassing $100,000.
