Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and schedule appointments
  • Meet with clients to assess financial needs
  • Develop customized financial plans aligned with client goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships and monitor progress over time
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support

Requirements and qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field
  • Must obtain series licenses and qualify to be approved as a Financial Advisor before starting in office
  • U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Willing to work in the office

Compensation and benefits

  • Average first-year earnings exceed $70,000, with top earners surpassing $100,000
  • Compensation is provided after completing the necessary licenses and qualifications to become a Financial Advisor
  • Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan
