Financial Advisor/ Wealth Manager / PWA

Overview

Fairscale Capital is seeking an experienced internal Financial Advisor to support an established client base in a comprehensive capacity. No existing book of business is required. This is a hybrid remote position based in Nashua, New Hampshire 03061.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized financial plans by analyzing clients’ current financial situations, including assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
• Advise on investment strategies, portfolio construction, and cash flow optimization to promote wealth growth and preservation.
• Lead detailed estate planning discussions, addressing wills, trusts, and estate law considerations to help clients meet their legacy objectives.
• Stay current on securities regulations, tax rules, and updates to financial software to provide compliant and innovative guidance.
• Incorporate tax-efficient strategies into comprehensive financial plans by leveraging tax expertise.
• Manage ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, market updates, and proactive adjustments to plans.
• Other general business items

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with exposure to high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients; Series 65 and CFP required.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and analysis.
• Knowledge of estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and estate law.
• Solid background in financial analysis, investment management, and cash management strategies.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and research tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.
• Educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields; professional certifications such as CFP (required), CFA or CPA are advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical strategies and apply them within the context of client advising.

Compensation and Details

Salary: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
