Responsibilities
We seek a range of skills that have proven to be indicators of success. In addition to the qualifications below, you will be responsible for expanding your practice through effective prospecting and referral-based strategies and for identifying and cultivating new client relationships within target markets. Your earning potential includes a draw against commissions, which is explained further during the interview process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- US Work Authorization
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to operate in a commission-based environment
- Interpersonal and relationship skills
- Desire to build a business for yourself with team support
- Strong work ethic
- Coachable
- Desire to help others
- Have or be willing to obtain a state Life/Health Insurance License, SIE, Series 7 and Series 66
