Financial Advisor

Our clients, growing wealth management firms, are seeking talented professionals with the capacity to build a financial planning practice as an advisor. Prior financial experience is not required, as the right candidate will be sponsored for industry licenses (investments, insurance, and Certified Financial Planner), gain access to a comprehensive financial planning training program with mentorship, and receive the infrastructure to develop a practice. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to establish a business with substantial support. If you are seeking a traditional employee role, this may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your personal book of business through proactive prospecting and generation of new client leads.
• Leverage existing professional, community, and personal networks to identify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Deliver presentations and financial plans that address savings, investments, retirement, insurance, education, income and cash flow planning, and other financial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with high motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to obtain FINRA licensing (Series 7, 66, or equivalent) and applicable state insurance licenses
• Passion for helping clients achieve financial goals and willingness to build a career from the ground up
