Consult with clients to understand goals, concerns, and current financial information.
Analyze data to craft a strategy using appropriate products and services.
Build and maintain a client base that values your guidance and input.

The Guardian FR contract includes a draw starting at $24,000; inexperienced FRs in their first four years typically earn $90K to $100K per year on average, including first-year and renewal commissions; renewal commissions begin in year two.

Pay structure is commission-based with bonus opportunities.

Requirements

U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
Four-year college degree (Preferred).
Obtain appropriate licensing.
