Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Financial Service Advisor to join our team and support the Lead Advisors and other key departments to maximize revenue and retention. The successful candidate will focus on case preparation, enhance client meeting effectiveness and excel at client relationship management. This opportunity offers a clear path for professional growth within the organization, including potential development into a Lead Advisor role.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a competitive bonus.

Responsibilities
- Act as second chair to the Advisor(s) and prepare all materials, ensuring Lead Advisors are ready for client meetings with a clear agenda and deliverables.
- Attend client meetings to document discussions, generate meeting summaries, capture action items, and coordinate follow-through with the client and team.
- Own and drive the follow-through and execution of action items from all meetings.
- Support progress through the initial planning experience, onboarding, and ongoing reviews by facilitating and monitoring activities.
- Develop and manage workflows and tasks to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Plan Creation: Serve as liaison with H.O. FPS to send and review Plans.
- Review completed plans for accuracy, quality, and opportunities in case strategy.
- Prepare questions and present at Case Strategy Meetings.
- Provide feedback to Leadership for planning improvements and enhanced client experience.
- Client Relationship Management and Service: act as the primary contact for existing clients regarding ongoing service questions and advice.
- Identify service and advice requests requiring Lead Advisor involvement or collaboration.
- Manage the client reviews schedule to ensure timely connections are completed.
- Planning and Investment Support: assist the Director of Investments and Planning with miscellaneous requests as capacity allows.
- Support miscellaneous project assignments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Life, Accident and Health licensing exam
- Series 7 and 63 preferred (Series 6 may be considered in lieu of Series 7)
- CFP designation preferred
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
- Highly proactive, engaged, and motivated to learn and pursue professional development
- Polished presentation
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively
- Adaptable to change
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and technology in general
Experience
- 2 to 5+ years in Industry
- 2 to 5+ years in Financial Planning Concepts
- 2 to 5+ years in Investments and Insurance
Licenses and Certifications
- Series 63 (Required)
- Series 6 (Preferred)
- Series 7 (Preferred)
