Financial Advisor

Overview

Our client base consists of growing wealth management firms seeking capable professionals who can build a financial planning practice as an advisor. Prior financial industry experience is not required, as the right candidate will be sponsored for industry licenses in investments, insurance, and Certified Financial Planner, participate in a formal financial planning training program, and benefit from mentorship along with the infrastructure to develop a practice. This role presents an entrepreneurial opportunity with substantial support. If you are seeking a traditional employee role, this may not be the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your own book of business by actively prospecting and generating new client leads.
• Leverage professional, community, and personal networks to identify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Deliver presentations and financial plans addressing areas such as savings, investments, retirement, insurance, education funding, and income and cash flow planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with high motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to obtain FINRA licensing (Series 7, 66, or equivalent) and applicable state insurance licenses
• Passion for helping clients achieve financial goals and willingness to build a career from the ground up
