Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact to cultivate and enhance long-term client relationships
- Clearly communicate investment strategies and financial planning recommendations on an ongoing basis
- Lead client meetings with thorough preparation and manage all follow-up tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
- Contribute to firm growth by fostering new client relationships
- Identify opportunities to consolidate external assets into the firm
- Regularly review and update clients’ financial plans to ensure alignment with their goals
Location and Work Setting
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Walnut Creek, conveniently located near the Walnut Creek Bart station. The work location is Walnut Creek, CA 94596.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $135,000 to $175,000 based on experience plus performance-based bonus opportunities

Experience and Licensing
- Experience: Client-facing for 10 years (Required)
- License/Certification: Series 65 (or equivalent) (Required); CFP (Preferred)
Background Check and Eligibility
To be employed within the financial services industry, candidates must pass a comprehensive background check, including DMV, credit, and criminal records. A clean U-4 is required.
