Financial Advisor

Overview

Our clients, growing wealth management firms, are seeking talented professionals who can build a financial planning practice as an advisor. Prior financial experience is not required, as the right candidate will be sponsored for industry licenses (investments, insurance, and Certified Financial Planner), and will have access to a comprehensive financial planning training program, mentorship, and the infrastructure to establish and grow a practice. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to develop a business with substantial support; if you seek a traditional employee role, this may not be the right fit.

Location: Skokie, IL

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your personal client base through active prospecting and generating new leads.
• Leverage existing professional, community, and personal networks to identify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and tailor financial solutions.
• Deliver presentations and financial plans addressing savings, investments, retirement, insurance, education, income/cash flow planning, and other financial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with high motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to obtain FINRA licensing (Series 7, 66, or equivalent) and applicable state insurance licenses.
• Passion for helping clients achieve financial goals and willingness to build a career from the ground up.
