Finance Manager

Overview

Finance Manager – Direct Hire opportunity in Branson, MO 65616. Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a resort client in Branson. This direct hire role offers the chance to lead financial operations and support strategic growth. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain liquidity for operations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets; analyze financial data for trends and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations; coordinate audits.
• Implement internal controls and advise on financial strategies and risk management.
• Collaborate with department heads and train staff on financial processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule and Compensation

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (in-office position). Salary based on experience.
