Program Overview

Uline presents a Finance Leadership Trainee program at its Corporate Headquarters. Located at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158, this three-year training track offers hands-on experience in the Finance Department. You will work alongside seasoned professionals in Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, and Credit to build a solid financial foundation for your career. What you will do

• Review customer data and documentation, including invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Reach out to customers by phone or email to assist with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster strong relationships with internal and external teams.

Program details

The three-year rotation covers key areas such as Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit. Upon program completion, you will be placed in a leadership role aligned with your strengths and interests, with mentoring from senior leaders to help you build your network and advance your career.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, with a major in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience a plus.
