Finance & Insurance Manager - Automotive Group

Overview

A well established automotive group is seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance (F and I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead performance, support sales operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options and protection products clearly and professionally
• Maintain lender relationships to secure fast, competitive financing
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support and collaborate with sales leadership to streamline the customer process
• Develop and mentor F&I team members

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of F&I management experience
• High-line or luxury automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and compliance skills
• Proven ability to meet performance targets and build productive cross-department relationships

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual estimated earnings range: $150,000 to $250,000 per year
• This is a performance-driven role eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation, including commissions on individual product and reserve income, plus bonuses based on individual Net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability
• Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
