FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER

Position Overview

SAFFORD AUTOMOTIVE GROUP is seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to join the Springfield, Virginia team. Safford Hyundai & Genesis of Springfield is expanding, and we are looking for a seasoned F&I leader to guide the financing process, present and sell F&I products, ensure deals are funded and compliant, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and close financing arrangements
• Present and upsell F&I products to customers
• Ensure deals are properly funded and compliant with regulations
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I experience
• Strong deal structuring and F&I product sales skills
• Professional, ethical, and team oriented

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dealership experience: 4 years required
• F&I experience: 3 years required
• Relocation: Springfield, VA 22150 relocation required prior to starting work
• Work location: In person

Compensation and Details

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
