Finance Director

Role Overview

The Finance Director will review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. This position coordinates funding source reporting and works closely with the CEO and program directors to organize resources in accordance with GAAP standards, while maintaining compliance with funding entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Coordinate reporting for funding sources and ensure alignment with grant requirements.
• Collaborate with the CEO and program directors to organize resources in compliance with GAAP and funding entity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit or public accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel; Abila Payroll and ADP experience preferred
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness

Compensation

Salary: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
