Finance & Business Manager

Overview

SpartaCraft is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance & Business Manager to join our team. We are a wood products manufacturing company based in Connelly Springs, NC 28612. Learn more about our company at www.spartacraft.com. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, be energetic and hands-on, and thrive in a fast paced environment. This role will actively participate in the rollout of our new ERP system, Acumatica, and will support the Corporate Controller with core accounting activities, including costing analysis, manufacturing scheduling, and human resources matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the implementation of the Acumatica ERP system
• Assist the Corporate Controller with accounting activities, including costing analysis and manufacturing scheduling
• Support human resources matters as part of the broader finance and business operations

Qualifications

• At least five years of Finance and Business Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Manufacturing experience required
• Strong background in ERP systems
