Job Summary

As the Finance and Insurance Manager, you will play a key role in elevating the financial services experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure loan processing, credit analysis, and contract negotiations are carried out smoothly. Your expertise in customer relationship management and dealership operations will enable you to deliver outstanding service while driving sales and upselling opportunities. You will contribute to a positive environment that supports financial literacy and customer satisfaction. This role requires retail store hours, including some evenings until 8:00 PM and potential weekend hours until 5:00 PM.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the finance department’s operations, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations.
• Facilitate loan processing and credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for financing options.
• Negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
• Utilize financial software to manage records and streamline operations effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Drive sales initiatives by identifying upselling opportunities within financing options.
• Maintain accurate records of title processing and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience as a loan officer or in financial services within an automotive dealership setting.
• Proven track record in negotiation and closing deals effectively.
• Familiarity with credit analysis processes and financial documentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for building lasting relationships.
