Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full F&I process, presenting financing options, upselling additional products, and obtaining customer approval for contracts.
  • Perform comprehensive credit analyses to determine financing eligibility in compliance with the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
  • Prepare and review loan documents, contracts, and title processing to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by delivering clear information on financing terms and vehicle protection options.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell extended warranties, service plans, and other financial products that benefit both customers and the dealership.
  • Utilize financial software for loan processing, credit checks, and deal tracking, while maintaining thorough records of all transactions.
  • Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements aligned with dealership goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing customer relationships in the powersports or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations, powersports sales processes, and title processing procedures.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell while maintaining customer trust.
  • Proficiency with financial software applications and solid math skills for accurate calculations and data entry, including 10-key typing.
  • In-depth knowledge of TILA regulations and compliance standards related to powersports financing.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to create positive experiences throughout the financing process.

Salary

Compensation ranges from $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
