Meet Our Leaders

Rich Marooney, Managing Director — Rich brings 28 years of industry experience and joined Prudential six years ago after a career at multiple firms. Previously, he served as a Center Manager at UPS in Connecticut. His move into financial services was influenced by a personal experience; after the passing of his oldest son Ryan due to bone cancer, he chose to advocate for financial responsibility to help families prepare for unforeseen events. Outside of work, Rich enjoys golf. His son James currently plays professional hockey with the Adirondack Thunder, an ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils. His other sons, Cody and Joey, played NCAA Division 1 hockey at the University of Alabama Huntsville and the University of Minnesota. LinkedIn

Andrew Grande, Regional Director — With more than a decade in the industry, Andrew leads a growing practice across Massachusetts. Before Prudential, he worked with Northwestern Mutual and New York Life, earning the 2021 Career Success Award and ranking #5 nationally for Rookie Partner of the Year. He also recruited 14 advisors with a 91% first-year retention rate and exceeded his performance target by 240%. Previously, he owned a top-performing Allstate Insurance agency, ranked #1 in Massachusetts for customer satisfaction. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UMass Dartmouth and was a four-year starter on the football team. Andrew resides in Kingston, MA with his wife and three daughters and enjoys golfing, hockey, and supporting the Patriots. LinkedIn

Jennifer Craig, Regional Director & Financial Planner — Jennifer Craig, RICP, progressed from financial advisor to Regional Director at Prudential Advisors since joining in 2010. She founded L.I.F.T. (Ladies in Finance, Together), a program empowering female financial advisors using the N.E.W. model, which focuses on individual strengths. As a member of the Women’s Program Planning Council and the DE&I Advisory Council, Jennifer helps shape initiatives that support diversity and inclusion. A vocal advocate for women in leadership, she mentors others and builds networks through initiatives like the Her Story Podcast and Prudential’s Women’s Table Talk Series.
