Responsibilities

• Understand general ledger
• Payroll and utilities
• Cash forecasting and management
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Monitor and analyze accounting data
• Produce financial reports or statements
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Hire and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior 5 year Automotive Dealership controller experience is required
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience strongly preferred
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, and Google Suite
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience

• Accounting: 5+ years
• Automotive Controller: 5 years
• Automotive Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
