Job Description
The ERP Developer role at MVP Disc Sports focuses on designing, customizing, and maintaining the company’s ERP system, with NetSuite preferred and other platforms considered. The position requires API integrations, BI enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration. It is a full-time, onsite role based in Marlette, Michigan, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Hourly rate: USD 26 per hour
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and automations to streamline operations across inventory, order fulfillment, and finance.
- Tailor dashboards, saved searches, forms, and user roles to support high SKU volume and cross-functional workflows.
- Develop and manage API integrations with e-commerce platforms, shipping providers, and 3PL partners.
- Enhance business intelligence tools, including KPI dashboards and reports, for improved forecasting and operational insight.
- Monitor ERP performance and promptly troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, apply updates, and clean data to support scalability and efficiency.
- Document workflows, customizations, and integrations clearly.
- Provide technical support to internal users across Production, Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting.
- Deliver training sessions and develop resources to boost user adoption and efficiency.
- Translate business needs into ERP enhancements through continuous collaboration and communication.
- Manage user access and role-based security to protect critical data.
- Review system activity logs and ensure compliance with accounting standards and data protection practices.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, and Sales to drive automation and process improvement.
- Serve as the internal ERP subject-matter expert and coordinate with third-party consultants when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience administering and customizing an ERP platform, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP scripting (SuiteScript or similar), SQL, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, BOM structures, and multi-channel operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Must be seeking a long-term, non-contract position; remote, hybrid, or project-based arrangements are not considered.
