Entry Level Financial Services

Overview

We are partnering with a Boston based financial services firm seeking an entry level finance professional to join the team. This position will support all aspects of day-to-day accounting for assigned mutual funds and assist with daily reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mutual fund operation tasks.
• Monitor and record security transactions including trades, interest payments, maturities, and corporate actions.
• Prepare cash reconciliations.
• Calculate and report daily fund Net Asset Values (NAVs).
• Assist with management reporting activities.
• Support client service activities and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor and manage cash flows and expenses.
• Analyze fund requests and manage fund distributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.
• Prior finance/accounting internship experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Compensation and Benefits
