Director of Finance, Daytona Beach Racing and Card Club

Overview

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a seasoned Director of Finance to lead financial planning and operational performance at the Daytona Beach Racing and Card Club in Daytona Beach, Florida. This role also oversees the Orange City Gaming operations in Orange City. You will drive revenue optimization, supervise financial reporting, and support core operational initiatives while maintaining strong financial controls and guiding strategic decision making. This is a high impact leadership opportunity with opportunities for growth.

Salary and Benefits

Anticipated base salary range: $104,100 to $140,500 per year. In addition to base pay, there is an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The posted range reflects the compensation we consider appropriate at the time of posting. Higher compensation would only be considered in special circumstances where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements. What you will do

• Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to evaluate operating results
• Direct profit and loss and cash flow reporting based on past, current, and future operations
• Oversee the execution of financial projects and system implementations
• Review audit findings and assist in developing action plans and enforcing solutions
• Direct the cage department’s operational needs, control requirements, procedural efficiencies, and resolution of guest complaints
• Availability to travel to the Orange City Poker Room in Orange City, Florida as needed

More about you

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a financial management role such as controller or director
• Experience with compliance reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn internal financial software
• Ability to obtain and retain a Florida Gaming Commission license
