Corporate Deals Technology Manager

Overview

PwC deals professionals provide strategic guidance and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. The role focuses on deal integration and valuation realization, assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing the value of their investments. You will conduct valuations, financial analysis, and develop strategies for post‑merger integration. As a leader, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality work, coaching team members and managing performance to meet client expectations. With growing knowledge of how business operates, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the Firm’s success, leading with integrity and authenticity while articulating our purpose and values. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through the entire deal process and secure successful project execution while upholding quality standards
• Inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence
• Manage cross functional business process integration
• Oversee systems integration and transformation initiatives
• Analyze synergy opportunities and enhance cost structures
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the deal cycle
• Drive continuous improvement in team performance

The Opportunity

As part of the Deals team, you will support the IT function within M&A, engaging in large scale, cross functional business process and systems integration. As a Manager, you will lead teams across the deal spectrum, ensuring project success and maintaining high standards while motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality results.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Operations Management/Research, or Information Technology preferred
• Proven leadership in managing integration and separation projects
• Developing and reviewing financial models for IT
• Recommending enterprise architecture and solutions
• Building relationships to influence peers and stakeholders
• Scoping and managing client engagements and economics
• Leading large teams and multiple clients simultaneously
• Possessing thorough project management skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
