Commercial Finance Specialist

Position Overview

Triad Financial Services, a global provider of financial solutions, is seeking a motivated Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist I to join our growing team. Location: Jacksonville, FL 32224.

Essential Functions

• Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes, and procedures related to lines of credit.
• Perform daily maintenance of credit lines.
• Review and render decisions on order requests.
• Monitor current inventory, including sold items and those on display.
• Coordinate payoffs, monthly interest, and curtailments.
• Review daily inventory audit reports to identify required actions.
• Build and nurture relationships with manufacturers and plants.
• Manage rental portfolios when a floorplan unit converts to rental status.
• Maintain relationships with communities through ongoing communication.
• Prepare supporting documentation for rental portfolios.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is preferred but not required.
• Two years of prior work experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn the proprietary computer system used to manage accounts.
• Capability to prepare or review documents and reports using Microsoft Office based tools.
• Strong organizational, clerical, numerical, and both oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA and applicable federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity expectations.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance in line with applicable standards.
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
• Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods.
• Ability to type effectively.
