Commercial Finance Manager

Overview

NEP Group is seeking a Finance Manager to support business partners as well as forecasting and budget management. The ideal candidate will bring experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process for a set of product offerings across the US and develop and maintain financial models to support leadership decision-making.
• Act as a trusted and engaged business partner to the organization, enabling transparency, growth, profitability, and sound business decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to support EBITDA growth and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure and develop continued compliance with appropriate financial regulations and policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or related roles, preferably in the tech or service industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus.
• Hybrid position with 2-3 days expected in the Pittsburgh office.
