Job Description

Location: Omaha, NE. This private-office style opportunity emphasizes discretion and delivering an elevated, concierge-level client experience for a select group of high-net-worth clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the principal liaison for a curated portfolio of high net worth clients (approx. 50 relationships).
  • Provide a concierge-level service by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction feels effortless.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests flawlessly.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering white-glove service to high-end clientele.
  • Background in Wealth Management, Family Office, Private Banking, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting high-profile executives or serving in a high-end Executive Assistant capacity may translate well.
  • Track record of working with High Net Worth (HNW) or Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.
  • Highly polished communication skills with a proactive, service-first mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate client needs.
