Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 standards.
- Manage risk analysis processes to implement effective mitigation strategies across all business units.
- Direct treasury activities such as cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment oversight.
- Supervise budgeting, expense control, cost management, and profit and loss analysis to maximize financial performance.
- Develop and interpret complex financial reports and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage payroll operations and oversee financial software systems to ensure efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience as a senior finance leader with supervisory responsibilities in a complex organization.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including risk management, fiscal management, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS, COSO, and ASC 606 standards.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced analysis using modern financial software tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of influencing at all levels and managing large teams and projects.
- Solid technical accounting background with experience supervising compliance audits and internal controls.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
