We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated individual to join us as Branch Manager. This role will be pivotal in both sales and service, with the potential to make a significant impact on the company’s success. You will operate at the heart of branch operations, consistently motivating, training, and guiding the team to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position. The Branch Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local entities to support the growth and development of the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise branch staff
• Oversee cash handling and money flow
• Maintain security procedures and protocols
• Serve as a mentor to junior employees
• Train and support new branch hires
• Foster a corporate culture that encourages growth, learning, and success
• Solicit and promote specific services and products
• Handle adverse customer situations in a professional manner
• Resolve customer debt issues while preserving a positive relationship to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate harmoniously with peers
• Interview, hire, train, and provide follow-up for branch staff
• Address adverse employee situations as they arise
• Present the brand image of a consumer-oriented business through professional dress

Job Details and Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
