Automotive Finance Manager

Overview

DARCARS of Jacksonville is seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are an experienced F&I professional looking to maximize earnings and contribute to a forward-thinking dealership group, we would like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive finance management is required and will be verified.
• Verified track record of being a top performer is required.
• Prior automotive sales consultant experience is required (1–3 years).
• Prior finance manager experience (2–3 years).
• Luxury automotive experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial aspects of the car buying process.
• Consult and sell finance and insurance warranties to customers.
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner.
• Meet monthly objectives and perform at a high level.
• Ensure timely submission of customer paperwork to lenders and accounting.
• Secure and handle customer funds during the vehicle transaction and remit to accounting.
• Adhere to all local and national regulations and advise the sales team on new and recently changed state laws related to purchasing a vehicle.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain an impeccable reputation with lenders and vendors.
• Deliver a proper finance and insurance menu presentation explaining warranty packages.
• Assist sales professionals with customers when needed to explain lending options and warranties.
• Build relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives and meet with them monthly.
• Track record of excellent CSI scores.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dealership management systems.
• Detail oriented and able to stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Strategic thinker who strives to find a solution for every customer when needed.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Ability to understand tag and title laws and DMV requirements.
