Automotive Finance Assistant Manager

Program Overview

Join Champion Automotive Group in Livingston County, Michigan, as an Automotive Finance Management Assistant. This role begins with an extensive training program designed to build leadership and financial services capabilities for a future management position within the dealership's finance operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn core areas of financial services, including credit analysis, loan processing, and dealership operations.
• Assist the sales team in upselling financial products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support clients with their financing needs.
• Develop practical math skills used in financial transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to generate repeat business and referrals for the dealership.
• Promote financing for vehicles, extended warranties, and additional products.
• Evaluate credit reports to determine financing eligibility.
• Complete all financing paperwork accurately and submit to financing sources.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financing sources.
• Instruct sales staff in effective methods of selling finance products.
• Prepare and review monthly financing reports.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge in financial services is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, and the financial industry.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with math concepts and calculations is advantageous.
• Ideal candidates view this as a mid level management track and demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
