Role Overview
GROW Wealth Partners, in partnership with Northwestern Mutual and its Private Client Group, seeks a proactive Associate Private Wealth Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operational tasks such as preparing for client meetings, conducting research, and ensuring timely follow-up on service and new business matters. This role supports the core client base by addressing inquiries and providing administrative coordination with internal teams. You will work closely with ensemble partners, ensemble advisors, clients, and internal departments to maintain a high level of service and operational efficiency. The position requires professional excellence, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate client and business needs, with deadlines requiring meticulous attention to detail. GROW Wealth Partners operates offices in Rochester, NY; Phoenix, NY; Watertown, NY; Potsdam, NY, and in Longmont, CO. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, document management, and coordination of client-related activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, competitors, and best practices to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Identify areas for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction within support operations.
- Generate and analyze reports on client interactions, feedback, and service trends to inform decision-making.
- Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to support their long-term planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Financial Services or Sales role, or in high-touch customer service, or analytical/technical roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and research tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-first approach.
- Must be able to pass a basic background screening for the securities industry.
Certification Requirements
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification required.
- Series 6 and Series 63, 65 or 66 certifications required.
- Willingness to travel along with the partnered Private Wealth Advisor.
Post-Employment Certification Preferences
- Series 7 certification (preferred; may be required after employment).
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance certification (preferred; may be required after employment).

Compensation and Location
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. Location: Watertown, NY 13601. Work Location: In person.
