Overview
NettWorth Financial Group is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team in Cumming, GA 30040. This full-time role reports to the Senior Financial Advisor and offers a compensation structure of salary plus bonus or commissions. The selected candidate will work directly with a mentor who brings over 30 years of niche market experience. You will also benefit from access to existing clients and a pipeline of prospective clients, strong administrative and marketing support, brand recognition from our long-standing community presence, and the equipment and software necessary for illustrations and reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve the Senior Advisor's book of business
- Lead client review meetings
- Manage multiple client relationships
- Oversee and monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with client goals
- Provide market quotes, place orders, and rebalance accounts as directed
- Prepare financial plans and investment recommendations under supervision
- Analyze financial statements and perform calculations; generate preliminary recommendations and run illustrations
- Research and resolve client service issues as needed
- Coordinate calendar scheduling for meetings and conference calls; manage confirmations and materials
- Maintain accurate client information in proprietary systems
- Record client appointment notes, workflows, and database lists in the CRM
- Draft written and electronic correspondence as needed
- Process cash movements such as distributions, wires, and check requests
- Generate referrals and foster new client and professional relationships
- Provide office administrative support as needed
- Manage new client onboarding, including paperwork, account opening, and communications
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills
- Industry and product knowledge
- Strong customer relationship management, service, data entry, confidentiality, problem resolution, and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRMs such as Redtail
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as GoTo Webinar and Zoom
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends depending on event schedules

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the financial services industry, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by the firm
- Client service and relationship management experience required
Licenses and Certifications
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 required
- Life and Health licensing required
- Commitment to obtaining additional continuing education to maintain licensing
Compensation and Location
Pay range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Cumming, GA 30040. The work location is on-site.
