Associate Financial Advisor

Job Summary

Crown Financial Group is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will educate clients and guide them on how to best utilize and invest their money. You will assess each client’s financial picture, understand their needs, and present a strategic financial plan. The ideal candidate can analyze market data, communicates clearly, and is motivated to build a successful career in financial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Gather information to understand each client’s overall financial situation and needs, then create tailored financial plans.
• Make recommendations across a range of financial products and services.
• Network and establish relationships to build a strong client base.
• Seek opportunities to present, educate, and promote services.
• Maintain current knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth through continuing education, seminars, and other training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Financial Advisor or in a related position.
• Current certificate of qualifications (FCA, CII, DipFA, CISI, or other).
• Understanding of the market’s financial data.
• Ability to provide reliable, data-based financial advice.
• Ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms.
• Experience with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, financial planning software, and customer relationship management software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
